With the 60th anniversary of the Holocaust in Hungary, there is more talk of the executions carried out by members of the Arrow Cross Party (the Hungarian Nazis) on the banks of the Danube in the winter of 1944-1945. Only some of the exact locations and times of these atrocities are now known. Beleaguered but still functioning, Budapest was the only European city to see mass murders of this kind carried out in its centre. These places are now visited by tourists, are featured on snapshots and postcards - for their beauty, rather than for historical associations. The postcards displayed form pairs, each with an identifiable murder scene on the bank of the Danube and a view of the other side.The panorama of the other bank is coupled in this city with the memories of tragic events.We are all involved.

A képeslapok azokat a Duna-parti helyszíneket és a szemközti partok látképeit ábrázolják, ahol 44-45 telén a nyilasok által elkövetett gyilkosságok történtek. A képeslapok hátulján a hely szokásos megnevezése mellett, a hatvan évvel ezelőtt elkövetett kivégzés tényét leíró szöveg, a képeken pedig az esemény és a mostani fotózás dátuma szerepel. A leporellóvá összekapcsolt képeslap-sorozat egy-egy példányát a kiállításlátogatók magukkal vihették.
